I am a huge fan of the Souls games but due to a variety of circumstances I had never played the original. With release on the PS5 this grievous error was at last corrected. First of all, this remaster is stunning – it looks fabulous. Gameplay wise, it’s a little rough around the edges as you’d expect. It does contain some gameplay mechanics which are improved upon significantly in Dark Souls and there are a couple of frustrating levels and boss fights which could have done with a bit of tweaking here and overall it was really a joy to… ASTROBOT #3

The follow up to Modern Warfare is here and it is great but not without issues.  The gunplay and gameplay are as good as ever although the plot is slightly dull, and the odd twist fails to liven it up much.  Where the issues really lie is in terms of the level design. Call of Duty always includes some mechanically different levels to introduce some variation but here they all go on for far too long and you’ll quickly yearn to get back to the more traditional levels. Less quantity and more quality would have helped raise the bar here.
